We have finally added West49.com.
Because we are so grassroots, we avoided this for a long time. We acknowledge that this chain store does impact sole propietors but it also services families and young skaters in malls, and thus contributes positively to the growth of the sport here in Ontario. Which we believe comes back to the core shops, when the kids get older and search out options beyond the malls.

Skatersinc.com continues to astound. They have a ton of good content over there. If you only go to one web site after this, this is the one...

Ottawa area phenom Gailea Momolu has an amazing video excerpt from Progression 3 at the Darkstar site. Check it out here. He is also featured in Logic video magazine issue number 10. We review the Logic video series in this issue.

Corey Sheppard, recently turned pro, is all over the Blind ads in the magazines, and we found some of his most recent video at the Blindreaper web site...
.And some old school flava - head to the Magic Rolling Board - An amazing retrospective with Toronto veterans like Bill Weiss, Justin Bokma and Jason Corbett. This is History 101 for Ontario skate rats....speaking of Justin, there are a few pages worth checking out: Scott Serfas photography site, and
and Justin's cool Indy trucks ad.
Toronto skateboarding moved after the skateboard.net servers locked them out. At their new location they don't seem to be online all the time. Try a few different times...On the left coast, as we have previously mentioned, photographer Scott Serfas has an amazing web site. It's chock full of good stuff. You can actually peruse full size photos from his collection. And for you kids out there, don't right click his stuff and stick them on your site, that's not right and it's illegal to boot....that's it for now - Mike

If you have any links for us send them over.
Remember we usually link to skate related sites, and are trying to concentrate on Ontario and Canada.
We are picky about the links we include. The sites submitted generally have to be pretty darn good to be included. If you do a regional site, send us the link no matter what quality the site is. Important information about parks and skating in other cities will ensure placement on this page no matter what (but good design always helps so try to sort it out!).

Rob Dyrdek has started a foundation to get realistic street parks built. The idea is to please the kids that may want ledges and stairs more than banks and bowls. Check it out...
